Product characteristics

Usage method
Base surface treatment:
1. The construction base surface must be smooth, solid, clean, free of oil, release agent, floating dust and other pine animals.
2. For the larger holes and cracks should be repaired with the plugging king, the Yin and Yang corners should be wiped into a circular arc or V shape with the plugging king.
3. Before the construction of water-based permeable waterproofing agent, the base surface must be fully wet with clean water, but there can be no clear water.
Construction requirements:
1. After the construction base is fully wet, spray the base surface evenly with a spraying device (such as a low-pressure sprayer), and the spraying amount is about 280g/m2
2. When the construction base surface is dry and saturated, the second spraying is carried out, and the spraying amount is about 220g/m2
3. If you want to improve the quality of the sealing waterproof layer, you can spray the third time, and when the construction base surface is dry and saturated, the spraying amount is about 200g/m2, and the three times total about 680g/m2
4. After the last drying, spray with clean water to wet the base, but do not use excessive water to avoid washing away the waterproof agent, and keep the surface of the base continuously wetting for at least 8 hours.
Recommended dosage
Spray 2-3 times, about 500-700 grams per square meter.
Storage and transportation:
Store in a cool and dry place (5-35 ° C), unopened for 1 year.
Avoid exposure to sunlight, cold and bumps during transportation; When the temperature is below 0 degrees, anti-freezing treatment should be done.
Matters needing attention
1. Suitable for use in the environment of 5ºC-35ºC, avoid high temperature, low temperature and outdoor rainy weather.
2. Concrete or mortar must be completely wetted before spraying.
3. Be sure to spray carefully when spraying, spraying evenly can not be missed.
4. Water should not be excessive during maintenance after spraying, so as not to wash away DBS103 waterproofing agent.
