KH-P602 liquid defoamer is a polyether compound formed by the ring-opening polymerization. It is a surfactant with excellent non-ionic properties, maintaining good stability and compatibility within the system. It has excellent defoaming and foam-suppressing effects, with quick defoaming speed, long foam-suppressing time, good water solubility, and characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, high shear resistance, non-toxicity, non-corrosiveness, and low usage amount.

Application

  • Defoaming and foam suppression in the petrochemical industry and other industries.
Instructions for Use
        The recommended addition amount for liquid defoamer is 0.02-0.5%, and the most suitable usage amount should be determined after testing. It can be used directly in various systems or diluted before use. If dilution is needed, thickened water should be used for dilution, and direct addition of water for dilution should be avoided, as this may lead to phenomena such as emulsion breaking, clouding, and sedimentation at the bottom, thereby affecting product quality. The company will not take any responsibility for consequences arising from direct dilution with water or other incorrect methods of processing or using the product.

Packaging & Shelf Life

This product is packed in 25kg, 50kg, or 200kg drums, or in ton barrels. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of production. If the shelf life has expired, testing and verification must be carried out before use.

Storage
KH-P602 is not classified as a hazardous material, is non-toxic, and non-flammable.  Stored at room temperature (5ºC-40ºC). Avoiding direct sunlight
