Product Description
The special polycarboxylate water reducer for prefabricated components is a polycarboxylate water reducer developed by Huaxuan High Technology according to the performance requirements of prefabricated component concrete. Through the research on the structure, properties and functions of polycarboxylate water reducer, the molecular structure is designed reasonably, so that the product has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, viscosity reduction, low air entrainment and early strength, so as to meet the requirements of prefabricated component concrete.
Advantages
1.High water reducing rate:according to national standard Concrete Admixture (GB 8076-2008) , the water reducing rate is up to 50%.
2.Viscosity reduction: By selecting suitable adsorption groups, adjusting the density and distribution of adsorption groups, the water reducing agent molecules can be quickly adsorbed and efficiently dispersed, so as to reduce the plastic viscosity of cement paste and the yield stress of concrete, solve the problems of adhesion, weight and hardening of high-grade concrete of prefabricated components, and greatly improve its working performance.
3.Low entrained gas: With the help of the professional knowledge of surface chemistry, the relationship between the structure of polycarboxylate water reducing agent and air entrainment is studied, the side chain of water reducing agent molecule is modified and optimized, the balance value of hydrophilicity and lipophilicity of water reducing agent molecule is adjusted to optimize its bubble size and stability in concrete, so as to make the internal structure of concrete more compact and meet the structural requirements of prefabricated component concrete.
4.Early strength: By adjusting the side chain length of superplasticizer and selecting high molecular weight polyether, the hydration rate of cement can be increased compared with ordinary superplasticizer, so as to improve the early strength of prefabricated component concrete, and the later strength does not shrink.
5.Good cement adaptability: the product passed different labelling, different manufacturers' cement function testing, that is suitable for Huaxin, Yangfang, Hailuo, Xiaoyetian, Sanxia Project.
Application
It is applicable to the production of medium and high-grade concrete of prefabricated components such as pipe piles, segments, track plates, prefabricated buildings, etc., which can realize the non autoclave production of prefabricated components and other high-performance concrete.
Uses
1.Homogenization should be taken before use.
2.It is necessary to test the mixture before use to determine the appropriate dosage and achieve good economic benefits.
3.It shall not be combined with naphthalene superplasticizer. If other admixtures need to be mixed, they need to be determined by trial mixing.
4.The setting time, gas content and retarding components can be adjusted according to the needs of users.
5.Can provide 20 ~ 50% solid content of products.
Packaging and Storage
1.This product is liquid and has a shelf life of 12 months.
2.According to user needs, can provide 225kg/1T drum packaging, can also be transported by tank truck.
